Terms of Service
Last updated: 16 September 2026
1. Who we are
Industrial Hub is a software-as-a-service platform operated by Tunelo (Pty) Ltd (Reg. 2026/298503/07), a South African private company. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean Tunelo (Pty) Ltd. References to “you” mean the business or person using the service.
2. Service
Industrial Hub provides project, tender and invoice management tools to South African industrial contractors and project-based service businesses. The platform is hosted locally in South Africa. Where each part of the service runs, and which sub-processors are involved, is set out in our Privacy Policy.
3. Account access
Access to Industrial Hub is currently provided on a pre-registration basis. We add staff users to your tenant after onboarding, and they sign in using a Google account whose email address has been pre-authorised by us. You are responsible for keeping the login credentials of the Google accounts you nominate secure, and for the activity of those accounts on the platform.
4. Subscription & billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in South African Rand (ZAR). New accounts include a 14-day full-access trial with no card required. If you do not choose a paid plan, the account moves automatically to permanent Free on day 15: tender browsing and search remain available, your existing data stays editable, and nothing is deleted. Free-plan allowances limit how many new saved searches and business records you can add; the current allowances are shown on the Pricing page. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
When we refund a subscription payment is set out in our Refund Policy, which includes a seven-day cooling-off right on a first purchase. How to cancel, and what happens to your data afterwards, is set out in our Cancellation Policy. Both form part of these terms.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Industrial Hub in any way that breaks South African law, infringes the rights of others, or attempts to disrupt the platform or its other users. We may suspend access if we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.
6. Your data
You retain ownership of all data you put into Industrial Hub. We process it on your behalf as your operator under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). See our Privacy Policy for the detail.
7. Service availability
We aim to keep Industrial Hub available continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where reasonably possible.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by South African law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of Industrial Hub is limited to the fees you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or business-loss damages.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email to your tenant's billing contact at least 14 days before they take effect.
