When a client won't pay, their own sign-off answers it

Documentation is not the same as agreement
Anyone can assemble a folder of photos after an argument starts — and the other side will say exactly that. A payment dispute does not turn on how much you documented. It turns on who agreed to it, and when. The strongest records in Industrial Hub are not things you filed. They are things your client did: accepted your quote on their own link, and signed off the finished work by name.
Sign-off before a work order is invoiced
A work order cannot reach completed, or become an invoice, until a client signature and the signer’s name are captured. Enforced on the server, not left to memory.
Quotes accepted in writing
Your client approves the scope and the amount on their own private link. Name, date and time are recorded against what they agreed to.

You control the link
Links run for 90 days, can be reissued at any time, and can be revoked the moment a relationship sours. Revoking keeps the history intact.
Frequently asked questions
What if my client refuses to sign?+
The work order stays in awaiting-client-signoff and cannot be closed or turned into an invoice. You can send it back to in-progress for rework, or the account owner can cancel it. A refusal to sign is itself a dated record — the job visibly stopped at the sign-off step.
Does my client need to create an account?+
No. You issue one private link per client from their record in Industrial Hub. They open it in a browser — no login, no app, no password.
Does it store site photos?+
No. Industrial Hub records agreement and sign-off rather than a photo album — accepted quotes, enforced signatures, time on site and a dated activity timeline. You can attach files to a project, but they are not shown on your client’s link.
Does it track my team’s GPS location on site?+
No. It records who signed, when they signed, and how long each person spent on the job through work-order sessions. It does not track device location.
How long does my client’s link stay live?+
Ninety days. You can reissue it at any time, which deactivates the previous link, and you can revoke access immediately without losing the record of what was shared.
Do I need a specific plan for this?+
